Probate

Probating the estate of a family member can be one of the most difficult times in life.  We will assist you with the probate process so that you are free to properly grieve.

Assets

With or without a will, you may need to probate an estate. Many times, property, bank accounts and other forms of property will need to be transferred into the name of the successor.

Notice to Creditors

We will post a Notice of Creditors so that any potential creditors are given 4 months to come forward.  Many times, these creditors will attempt to collect when they have no legal authority to do so.

Probate Process

We will file all the necessary forms with the court so that you are appointed the personal representative of the estate.  As the personal representative, you will have the authority to make the necessary transfers to the estate.

Completion of the Probate Process

Once we have completed the process we will file a verification with the court and you are finished.
